hoping that i am coming BACK!!!

well, tomorrow morning is the BIG day...my three month post-op appointment with my surgeon. for those that remember, three months ago, i had a spinal fusion performed on my L5, S1 disc. it takes the fusion any where from three to six months to fully heal. i am soooooooooo hoping that i get the green light to resume normal exercise (power walking and jogging)...i am ok with no twisting movements but it is KILLING me not be on the treadmill!!!!
